UPDATE: Stand down, comrades. A keen reader has found the text, which is now being examined.
WOULD any reader happen to have a copy of "Economic Rights and Environmental Wrongs" by Rose Anne Devlin and R. Quentin Grafton?
If so, could you drop an email to bunyipitude c/o hotmail? It is nothing but a hunch, but a relatively recent graduate of an august institution may have hit the books so hard during student days parts of the text became embedded in later writings.
Then again, there may be nothing there at all.
Uh-oh. A little bird seems to be telling me that, out there in academia, someone's soy latte just curdled in their mouth.....
ReplyDeleteNo, not academia. And it may be nothing, but the snippet of that book available online suggests a little section may have been, er, borrowed for re-publication.
ReplyDeleteSo no names, no pack drills. Not just yet and perhapsd never.
Abe Books at www.abebooks.com has a selection of the tome starting at the princely price of USD 20 plus USD 17 postage.
ReplyDeleteNo hunt for a book is complete without booko:

It also links to trove, which shows that the said tome is available at 6 libraries in Victoria (all Universities in this case).
booko.com.au is better place to look for a book. It will give you the cheapest price from all the major online and retail outlets. You will then soon realise why so many bookshops in Australia are going broke when you can buy a book, delivered from OS for at least a third of the price.
