Always someone else's fault

There is something about this clip that..that...that brings someone else to mind.

    3. WTF can't this incredible genius READ OUT a presumably phonetic written speech in Chinese. I could do that with my high school training, admittedly without knowing WTF it meant.
    4. WTF is this speech so F important that he is cancelling an evening meeting?

    LOL, Prof. The guys listening to Capt. Queeg looked just like the Labor supporters in the audience at Kevni's Campaign Launch yesterday.

    A sadder and less convinced lot I have yet to see.

    Kevin attempting to speak Chinese reminds me more of the (admittedly Japanese) boatmaster in Eric the Viking.
