IN The Silly today, the aplty named Martin Green, of ARC Photovoltaics Centre of Excellence at the University of NSW, relates just how wonderful things are in Germany these days, what with solar panels cranking out electricity right and left, prices falling and the prophets of sustainability being daily proven correct.
But in Germany, as opposed to the magic kingdom of the Silly's opinion page, where facts can be anything the writer wishes them to be, reality has a habit of getting in the way.
